My name is Alexander, and I’ve been passionate about construction for as long as I can remember. It all started when I was just 15 years old, and I found myself drawn to the world of building and renovation. By the time I was 17, I had the opportunity to work alongside a stucco expert who was renovating my parents' home. I jumped at the chance to help out, and before I knew it, I was learning the ins and outs of waterproofing, mixing, and applying mortar.

As I delved deeper into the trade, I discovered a genuine passion for learning about all aspects of construction. I eventually worked as a journeyman for a commercial general contractor, where I gained valuable experience in leading and organizing special projects. At the same time, I began buying, remodeling, and selling properties, including both residential and multi-residential homes.

Eighteen years ago, my wife and I embarked on an exciting journey by starting our own company. Our mission is to transform properties and deliver detailed, high-quality projects on time for individuals throughout the Bay Area. We take great pride in providing excellent services, helping our clients design and build their dream homes.

My name is Slav, I have been living in San Francisco, California for over 20 years. I've had the privilege of working in several tech companies in Silicon Valley. All of my experience until recently has been related to the IT sector. Typically, I would start at a company at a mid-level position and grow to a senior manager level.

I have had experience working with giants in the IT industry, such as Google, Amazon, Microsoft, and Meta. Some of these companies use software that I have directly participated in developing as both an author and a chief R&D manager.

Over time, I decided to leave the corporate world and participate in creating startup companies. Some of them have been successful, while others have not.

My experience has led me to understand that it is best to work for oneself, which is why my wife and I have several joint companies.

By creating AleSla with Alex, we decided to combine our strengths to achieve success in the real estate market. Our main focus is on providing affordable housing for people living in the Bay Area.
